google-chrome, vscode and spotify are ignore my fontconfig

Applications version:

• google-chrome 148.0.7778.215-1

• visual-studio-code-bin 1.122.1-1

• spotify 1:1.2.90.451-1

Fontconfig matchs of "sans-serif":

$ fc-match -s sans-serif
Roboto-Regular.ttf: "Roboto" "Regular"
SourceHanSans.ttc: "Source Han Sans SC" "Regular"
NotoColorEmoji.ttf: "Noto Color Emoji" "Regular"
PTC55F.ttf: "PT Sans Caption" "Regular"
PTS55E.ttf: "PT Sans Expert" "Regular"
CascadiaCode-Regular.otf: "Cascadia Code" "Regular"
CascadiaCodeNF-Regular.otf: "Cascadia Code NF" "Regular"

But these applications always use "Source Han Sans SC" as UI font, devtools shows "system-ui" and "sans-serif" are using "Source Han Sans SC" too.

Downgrade to fontconfig 2.17.1
I am unable, at the moment, to report it upstream. Maybe you can do it.

I saw that it was supposed to be fixed. But it ain't.
