Just to say that since updating plymouth to 26.134.222-1 my layout as been changed to English (US) (which made me struggle to type my password...), idk if it's an issue on plymouth's end or the arch package yet...
(marking as solved as it's probably not an arch issue)

Same here, but with this fix (plymouth 26.134.222-2) keyboard layout is still ENG (and numlock is also broken). What to do?

This has been reported upstream:

While waiting for a fix, I suggest you downgrade to plymouth version 24.004.60-14:

Yes I did that downgrade, thanks, but as I saw this post with the solved tag, I was wondering why this update didn't fix the problem on my setup.
Well, now I just have to wait...
