I updated my discord today to version "1:0.0.134" and noticed that my Noise Suppression button near the voice channel is missing. I went to look for it in the settings and it seemed to be missing from there as well. I came across this month old post on reddit which talks about a similar problem but does not really mention a solution.
From the comments, I tried this command:
[slimshady@slimshady-desktop: ~] $ ldd `find ~/.config/discord/ -name discord_krisp.node`
linux-vdso.so.1 (0x00007fe8c1d25000)
libpthread.so.0 => /usr/lib/libpthread.so.0 (0x00007fe8bef7c000)
libstdc++.so.6 => /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6 (0x00007fe8bec00000)
libm.so.6 => /usr/lib/libm.so.6 (0x00007fe8beae2000)
libgcc_s.so.1 => /usr/lib/libgcc_s.so.1 (0x00007fe8bef4f000)
libc.so.6 => /usr/lib/libc.so.6 (0x00007fe8be8f1000)
/usr/lib64/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2 (0x00007fe8c1d27000)I downgraded to version "1:0.0.133" and the settings are back now and krisp noise cancellation works well again.
This problem is common across all my devices running Arch. What could the problem be and how can I solve it?
Edit: Nevermind, it got solved by discord auto-updates the next day itself
