Zen kernel happiness

Not a noob but didn't know where else to post and haven't run Arch in a long time. Switched back because I finally figured out my gaming performance issues: always used the vanilla kernel and had dismal gaming performance. After a bit of reading decided to use the zen kernel. What a difference. Everything is as it should be: fast. I always thought the zen kernel was for virtualization but didn't realize it was "Result of a collaborative effort of kernel hackers to provide the best Linux kernel possible for everyday systems.". Shows I need to read more and not assume....
